If your house is 600mm above the ground, you can live in it while it is being restumped, as the job will be done from underneath. If your house is lower than 600mm from the ground, then floorboards will need to be removed which will make it difficult to live in. Lamtsi Reblocking will advise you on the full extent of the works that will be undertaken before we start so you can assess your living arrangements.
Do I need to have permits before you start?
